Tournament Round I ~ 2-person Best Ball

• Round One – Tee Times from 7:45AM to 10:00AM
• Lunch served at the course
• Thursday Evening “Family Golf Night”
  • Barefoot Resort Practice Facility – 2PM to 8PM
    • Skills challenge – driving, chipping, putting
    • Food & Drinks from Logan’s Roadhouse from 4-8PM
      • Beverages available include Coke Products at no charge
      • Cape Fear Distillery and Salty Golfer Ale brewed local by Grand Strand Beverage available for purchase
    • Demos from area manufacturers.

Tournament Round III ~ Modified Alternate Shot

• Round Three – Shotgun Start at 8:45AM
• Breakfast served at the course
• Saturday Luncheon & Awards catered by Logan’s Roadhouse
  • Barefoot Resort Practice Facility – 1PM to 5PM

PRE TOURNAMENT IMPORTANT DATES

TUESDAY, JUNE 11, 2024

• All scores must be posted to your official WHS handicap index. If you do not keep a handicap, call your state golf association and get one started (must be done prior to June 11th!).

MONDAY, JUNE 17, 2024

• Handicap request forms are e-mailed. All players are required to submit their handicap form to tournament staff. You will be asked your current index, where your handicap is kept, and which division you’d like to participate in (if not your default).

THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 2024

• Handicap forms are due. Failure to submit this information in a timely manner can result in being deemed ineligible for prizes.

TUESDAY, JUNE 25, 2024*

• Course assignments are announced. Find out where you will play throughout the week!
• *Provided all handicaps are submitted in a timely manner.
