Handicap request forms are e-mailed. All players are required to submit their handicap form to tournament staff. You will be asked your current index, where your handicap is kept, and which division you’d like to participate in (if not your default).

Handicap forms are due. Failure to submit this information in a timely manner can result in being deemed ineligible for prizes.
